![]() Making this frustrating situation even worse, was the proposal from management that I stay in the unsecured room until an engineer could be located to identify and correct the problem. The problem was that the electronic key entry system was not working- thereby allowing access to the room by simply pushing the door open no key card required! The attendant assisted me in contacting the front desk manager to find a resolution to the problem. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts to gain access to the room, I noticed the housekeeping attendant working in an adjacent room and proceeded to ask for assistance and guidance. The problems started when the key card and electronic key entry system did not work. ![]() The check-in process was satisfactory, and I proceeded to the room after receiving the "keys" and directions. Arrived to this hotel after a long journey that started in Texas for a week long business stay. ![]()
